Arthur as well as the whole Eastside Subaru team (financial, management, and service department) were all amazing to work with. Jesse, who walked us through the financing process, was also very relaxed and knowledgeable and even gave our dog a stuffed crosstrek to play with. There were no attempts to add on thousands of dollars worth of unnecessary stuff and we drove off in our new car within an hour! We’re customers for life.
